THE FINE PRINT
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
The short version
- There are no accounts. We never ask for your name, email address or payment details.
- With your permission, we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to count visits and see which games people play. If you decline, it never loads.
- Your game progress, such as high scores, saved cities and your callsign, stays in your browser. We never receive it.
- In Ghetto Bird multiplayer, your callsign and your helicopter's moves go through our server to the other players in your room.
- We don't sell your information.
Who we are
AI Slop Arcade (aisloparcade.com, "the Arcade", "we", "us") is a free collection of browser games made and run by an independent developer. This policy explains what information the Arcade collects when you visit, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It covers the website and every game on it.
To reach us about privacy, see Contact us.
What we collect
Visit statistics (Google Analytics)
The first time you visit, a banner asks whether you allow analytics cookies. Only if you choose Accept analytics do the Arcade's pages, including the games, load Google Analytics 4, a service from Google LLC. If you choose Decline or ignore the banner, Google Analytics isn't loaded and sets no cookies.
We remember your answer in your browser's local storage (aisloparcade.consent) and
ask again after 12 months. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings at
the bottom of this page or the home page.
When you allow it, Google Analytics records:
- the pages you open and how long you stay
- the website or link that sent you here
- your device type, operating system, browser and screen size
- your approximate location (country and city), which Google works out from your IP address
- some interactions, such as scrolling, clicking a link that leaves the site, and clicking the Buy Me a Coffee button
Google Analytics stores cookies named _ga and _ga_VRDHR4YZET in your
browser so it can tell a new visit from a returning one. They last up to two years unless you
delete them. If you later withdraw your permission, we stop Google Analytics and delete these
cookies.
We only see this information as reports and totals, and we use it to learn which games people play, what's broken and what to build next. Google says Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google keeps the underlying data for the retention period set in our account, which is at most 14 months. You can read how Google uses it in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Game progress saved in your browser
Some games save your progress in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
| Game | What it saves |
|---|---|
| JS 3D Racer | Best score and distance, stars, rank, missions and your paint job (jsRacer.save.v1) |
| Slop City | Your city, when you choose Save (slopcity.save.v1) |
| Ghetto Bird | Your last callsign and your dogfights setting (ghettoBird.callsign, ghettoBird.dogfights) |
Clearing your browser's site data for aisloparcade.com deletes it. Private or incognito windows usually delete it when you close them.
Ghetto Bird multiplayer
When you join a room in Ghetto Bird, your browser connects to our multiplayer server. To run the game, the server receives and passes on:
- the callsign you type (up to 16 characters) and the room ID
- your game activity: where your helicopter is, what it fires and hits, and your score
Everyone else in the room sees your callsign and your helicopter. The server passes messages on as they arrive and holds them in memory only while you're connected. It doesn't save a history of games or messages.
The server writes a short log line when a callsign joins or leaves a room. We use those logs only to keep the server running and to fix problems, and we don't keep them longer than we need for that.
Anyone with a room's link or ID can join that room. Pick a callsign that doesn't identify you. If you don't want to connect at all, choose Play Solo, which never contacts the server.
Hosting and file delivery
The website is hosted by Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and CloudFront). Like any web server, it receives your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time, and it may keep these in standard access logs used for security and troubleshooting.
Some games also load code, fonts or images from other companies' networks. Your browser then contacts those companies directly, and they receive your IP address and browser details under their own privacy policies:
- cdnjs, run by Cloudflare (the Three.js 3D engine)
- Google Fonts (a font in Cat Kombat)
- placehold.co (an image in JS 3D Racer)
When you contact or support us
If you message us on X or support the Arcade through Buy Me a Coffee, we receive what you choose to send and anything those platforms share with creators, such as your name, username, email address or message. Buy Me a Coffee handles payments, so we never see your card details. We use this information only to reply to you, to arrange things you ask about (such as billboard advertising) and to thank you.
What we don't do
- We don't have user accounts and don't ask for your name, email or phone number to play.
- We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
- We don't use ad networks. The billboards inside the games are fixed images that are part of the game, and they don't track you.
- We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Legal bases (EEA and UK)
If you're in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the law asks us to explain why we're allowed to use your information:
- Visit statistics: your consent, given in the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time with Cookie settings, and withdrawing doesn't affect what was collected before.
- Running the website and multiplayer and keeping them secure (hosting, file delivery and server logs): our legitimate interest in providing the games you ask to play.
- Answering messages and thanking supporters: our legitimate interest in replying to you.
Who receives information
- Service providers that run parts of the Arcade for us: Google (analytics), Amazon Web Services (website hosting) and the company that hosts our multiplayer server.
- File networks your browser contacts directly: Cloudflare (cdnjs), Google Fonts and placehold.co.
- Other players in your Ghetto Bird room, who see your callsign and helicopter.
- X and Buy Me a Coffee, only if you choose to contact or support us there.
- Authorities, if the law requires us to share information.
These companies may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection rules from where you live.
Your choices
- Allow or refuse analytics in the cookie banner, and change your answer at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of this page or the home page.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a content blocker.
- Install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Clear site data for aisloparcade.com to erase saved progress and settings.
- Play Ghetto Bird in Solo mode to stay off the multiplayer server.
Every game works the same whether or not you allow analytics.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, the UK or California), you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information we have about you and get a copy
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to or restrict how we use it
- use these rights without being treated differently
Because there are no accounts, we usually can't link analytics data or server logs to a particular person. If you send a request, tell us what you'd like and anything that could help us find your information, such as your Ghetto Bird callsign and when you played. You can delete your analytics cookies and saved game data yourself at any time. If you're in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The Arcade is meant for players aged 13 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it. Other players can see multiplayer callsigns, so no one should use their real name as a callsign.
Security
The website and multiplayer connections are encrypted with HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we collect very little, which limits what could ever be exposed.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when the Arcade changes how it handles information, and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
