Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and AI Slop Arcade ("we", "us"). They cover aisloparcade.com and all of its games (together, "the Arcade"). By using the Arcade you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Arcade. If you're under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you.

Using the games

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to play the games in your browser for your own entertainment. We can withdraw that permission if you break these terms. You're welcome to share links to the Arcade and to multiplayer rooms, and to stream or post videos of yourself playing.

You may not:

• copy, rehost, mirror, sell or rent the games or their code, art, sound or text
• embed the games in another website or app, or pass them off as your own
• use bots or automated tools to play the games or to overload or scrape the Arcade (search engines indexing it are fine)
• try to break into, overload or disrupt the website or the multiplayer server
• use the Arcade for anything illegal

Multiplayer

Ghetto Bird lets you fly with other players in shared rooms. When you play online:

• Choose a callsign that isn't hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or impersonating someone, and that doesn't contain anyone's personal information, including your own.
• Don't cheat. Don't modify the game or send fake messages to the server to give yourself an edge or to ruin other players' games.
• Don't flood the server with messages or try to crash rooms.

Anyone with a room's link or ID can join it, and everyone in a room sees your callsign and your helicopter. We don't watch rooms as they happen, and we aren't responsible for what other players do. We may block anyone who breaks these rules from multiplayer or from the Arcade.

Your saved progress

Scores, missions, saved cities and settings are stored only in your browser. They can be lost if you clear your browser data, switch browser or device, use a private window, or if we change a game, and we can't recover them. Game rules, balance, scores, ranks and unlocks may change at any time, and none of them has any monetary value.

Our content

The games, including their code, graphics, sounds, text and names, and the AI Slop Arcade name and logo, belong to AI Slop Arcade or to the people who licensed them to us. Some parts are open-source software, such as the Three.js 3D engine, which we use under its own license, and that license applies to those parts. Everything not expressly granted in these terms is reserved.

Billboards and advertising

Some games show billboards with advertising or sponsor messages. Advertisers are responsible for their own content, and showing an ad doesn't mean we endorse the advertiser. If you'd like to advertise on a billboard, message @aisloparcade on X. Advertising deals are agreed separately.

Supporting the Arcade

You can support the Arcade through Buy Me a Coffee. Support is voluntary and doesn't buy access, items or features in any game. Buy Me a Coffee processes payments under its own terms, which also cover refunds.

Other websites and services

The Arcade links to other services, such as X and Buy Me a Coffee, and some games load files from other companies' networks. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Health and content warnings

Some games contain flashing lights, explosions and rapidly changing images. A small number of people can have seizures triggered by flashing lights, even with no history of epilepsy. If you or anyone in your family has epilepsy or has had a seizure, talk to a doctor before playing. Stop playing right away and get medical help if you feel dizzy or have blurred vision, eye or muscle twitches, or any movement you can't control. Take regular breaks.

The games also contain cartoon violence, crude humor and references to alcohol.

Changes and availability

We may change, update, pause or remove any game or any part of the Arcade at any time, and we don't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. We may also update these terms, and the "Last updated" date at the top shows when we last did. If you keep using the Arcade after an update, the updated terms apply.

Disclaimer

The Arcade is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Arcade will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AI Slop Arcade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost progress or lost profits, arising from your use of the Arcade. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Arcade is limited to US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because you broke these terms or the law while using the Arcade, you agree to cover the resulting losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Arcade at any time. We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these terms. The sections on our content, the disclaimer, limitation of liability and indemnity still apply after that.
